Improv curious?
Start with an intro workshop from WIT, Locomotive or Basejump Comedy. If you're at Victoria University, check out mmmPop.

Done an intro course and now you want to branch out?
Take workshops with a different company with a different style, or enter a team in Late Night Knife Fight. Go and see shows, learn about the different styles of improv through books or social media, and think about what kind of work you want to do on stage.

Improvisor new to the city and want to break into the scene?
Welcome! First, join our Facebook group The Wellington Improv Network and see what's going on at the moment. Then take yourself along to one of the drop-in workshops offered by WIT or PopRox, or sign up for a workshop/course. Come watch a show and introduce yourself to one of the performers/crew.
